Mientras la nata se monta, pesamos la leche condensada y la reservamos. Una vez montada la nata, añadimos la leche condensada y la mezclamos con la nata, con movimientos envolventes y reservamos en la nevera. Comprobamos que las placas de chocolate, estén bien congeladas. Si no es así, esperaremos hasta que los estén.
  5. Si están congeladas, no tenemos más que montar el helado. Ponemos en el fondo del molde reservado una capa de la nata, encima una de las placas de chocolate, otra de nata y otra de chocolate. Así hasta que se terminen las placas. Tapamos con la nata restante y decoramos con el resto de la cobertura de chocolate que nos sobró de hacer las placas. Metemos al congelador, al menos 12 horas, y listo. Podemos tomarlo solo o con galletas de barquillo.
