  7. Hacemos dos mitades. Cogemos una y hacemos una bola, y un agujero en el centro y con las manos lo vamos extendiendo y dándole la forma del roscón.
  8. Se pone en una placa de horno con papel de hornear. Se le ponen las frutas confitadas y se pinta con huevo.
  9. Se le pone el azúcar que tenemos preparado con unas gotitas de agua por encima.
  10. Lo metemos al horno a 180 grados 15 minutos. Dentro del horno poner un recipiente con agua. (El horno mejor que tradicional que sea turbo)
  11. Para hacer la crema
  12. Poner todos los ingredientes en el vaso y programar 7 minutos, temperatura 90 velocidad 4. Sacar la crema y dejar enfriar.
  13. Cuando el roscón esté frio rellenar con la crema.
