  2. Añadela cebolla en trocitos, el ajo y el perejil pasalo todo por la batidora ó termomix añade la soja y la mostaza. Cuando este hecho una masa le añades los frutos secos que hemos picado antes más las pasas y los piñones.
  3. Coloca la masa en un papel transparente y enróllalo. Metelo en la nevera 1 hora. Cambia el papel trasparente por otro papel de aluminio en vez del de plastico con el que hemos enrollado y metelo en el horno 30 minutos a 220ºc.
  4. Lava la lechuga y aliñala con salsa de soja, quita el papel aluminiodel rollo y cortalo en rodajas colocalo sobre la lechuga y riega con salsa de haber sofrito 12 castañas con soja sal y pimienta en aceite. Las castañas sirven de guarnición.
