  6. Añadir 30gr vino blanco, desmenuzar gambones, añadir el fumet (caldo reservado) y poner las gambas peladas. Poner 6min 120° vel 3
  7. Rectificar la salsa de sal. Turbo 5-10 seg.
  8. En una paellera u olla grande poner aceite de ajo y pasar los filetes de merluza enharinada y salados hasta dorarlos. Saltear también las vieiras y langostinos (1×filete de merluza).
  9. Rehogar todo con la salsa y dejar a fuego lento terminarse.
  10. Si resulta muy fuerte o necesitas más salsa añadir caldo de pescado.
