Esta receta en mi casa es habitual por que les encanta a todos, pero esta vez está hecha con mi última adquisición la crock-pot (olla lenta) mi marido y mi hijo no paraban de entrar en la cocina diciéndome si podían abrir ya la tapa que la querían probar, al final lo acabaron probando antes de que acabara aunque ya le quedaba poquito y la verdad es que les encantoooooo.

  4. Dejamos cocer todo 4 horas en temperatura baja. Dependerá de cada olla, a las 4 horas mirar si ya esta en las vuestras si no dejarlo un rato más.
  5. Y preparar una buena barra de pan por que el mojeteo esta de pecadoooo.
  6. En la misma sartén, retirando la mayor parte del aceite, hacemos un sofrito con la cebolla y los tomates. Cuando la cebolla empiece a dorarse, lo pasamos a la olla con los filetes y agregamos las setas.
  7. Una vez que la carne esté tierna, retiramos los filetes de la olla y pasamos la salsa por la batidora. (En mi caso yo la trituro con la thermomix).
