Últimamente la cosa va de cremas pero es que por las noches es lo que más le apetece a mi marido, y hay que ir variando para que no se aburra.
Los Calçots son  típicos de Cataluña, se comen a la brasa, pero a falta de ella esta también es una buena opción.

- 2 quesitos
- 200 gr leche evaporada
- 400 gr caldo

 Pelamos, lavamos, secamos las patatas y troceamos a trozos pequeños.
 Ponemos los calçots y las patatas en el vaso de la thermomix, junto con el aceite de oliva virgen extra, trituramos 5 segundos, velocidad 5.
 Bajamos los restos de las paredes y sofreímos 14 minutos, temperatura varoma, velocidad 1.
- Añadimos el caldo junto con la leche evaporada y los dos quesitos, salpimentamos y programamos 30 minutos, temperatura 100º, velocidad 1.
 Dejamos enfriar un poco, probamos de sal y trituramos 2 minutos, velocidad progresiva 5-10.
 Servimos acompañada de salsa romesco, (yo esta vez la he comprado, pero la próxima vez probare a hacerla.)
