  6. Remojar la gelatina en agua fría unos 5 minutos
  7. Añadir la gelatina remojada a la sidra y remover 10 segundos velocidad 3. Dejar templar a temperatura ambiente
  8. Añadir la sidra a la nata con movimientos envolventes. Agregar sobre la base de bizcocho y refrigerar hasta que cuaje (mejor de un día para otro)
