Hace unos días intenté cocinar una pasta muy grande que quería preparar rellena, y lamentablemente se me rompió al cocerla y todavía estaba dura... Un despropósito...
No me gusta tirar comida a la basura, así que busqué otra alternativa para preparar esta pasta y aprovecharla de una forma rica y apetitosa.
En mi caso estoy aprovechándola porque se me rompió y no me servía para lo que la quería, pero en caso de que te sobre pasta cocida en casa también te vale esta propuesta.

- 600 g pasta cocida
- 200 g mozzarella rallado
- 200 g nata
- Sal
- Pimienta
- 30 g queso azul
- Brócoli
- 2 cucharadas queso parmesano
- 2 sabanitas o queso que se funda bien

- Esta es la que usé yo:
- Precalentar el horno a 220 °C
- Yo metí en mi Thermomix los 600 g de pasta, eché agua, y la trituré un poco. Luego la cociné un poco más y la colé. Si tu pasta está bien cocida en este paso simplemente triturar un poco, y si no tienes un robot a mano la picas en trocitos con un cuchillo, que también va a funcionar o simplemente la dejas entera tal cual está, la mía estaba muy fea y por eso la piqué 🙃
- Agregar 200 g de mozzarella rallado, 200 g de nata, sal y pimienta molida.
- Yo lo separé en dos porciones iguales. A la primera le eché 30 g de queso azul y 2 arbolitos y el tallo de un brócoli picados (con Thermomix) y para terminar le eche un poco de queso parmesano por encima
- Con la segunda porción hice una pseudo lasaña poniendo en el medio una capa de boloñesa que tenía en el frigorífico y 2 sabanitas por encima.
- Y para terminar lo metí en el horno (precalentado) a 220 °C hasta que se gratinaron los quesos (unos 20 min)
- Yo aproveché lo que tenía en el frigorífico para complementar las pastas rotas. Realmente lo que sí es fundamental para usar en la receta es ponerle el queso mozzarella y la nata, qué es lo que le va a dar la cremosidad, y meterlo al horno para gratinar.
