  21. Desmoldar.- Con un cuchillo, corta la capa de chocolate por los laterales donde no tienes el papel, cogiendo los papeles sobresalientes, estiras y desmoldas, dejándolo sobre la mesa de trabajo
  22. Emplatado.- Cortarlo a cuadraditos o como consideres para servir.
