- Sin thermomix:
- Cortamos el melón y quitamos la piel y las pepitas. Lo troceamos y reservamos. Pelamos el limón y troceamos para evitar que tenga pepitas. Ponemos una cazuela al fuego y ponemos el melón, el limón y el azúcar. Debemos ponerlo a fuego medio y remover de vez en cuando durante aproximadamente 2 horas. A mi me gusta pasarle la batidora para dejarla con la textura perfecta.
- Lo pasamos a botes de cristal. Si los vamos a consumir en una semana nos aguantarán perfectamente en el frigorífico.
- También tenemos la opcion de hacerlos al baño María. En una olla alta, ponéis un paño de cocina limpio en la base (para que no reboten) e introducís los frascos y los cubrís de agua. Que hierva a fuego lento durante 20 minutos y listo. Ya tenemos conservas para una buena temporada.
