- Troceamos muy pequeñito la zanahoria y la pechuga de pavo y reservamos.
- Batimos los huevos con una pizca de sal y hacemos una tortilla, la troceamos pequeño y dejamos apartada.
- Ponemos un wok con una cucharadita de aceite a calentar. Añadimos los guisantes y la zanahoria y salteamos un poco, a continuación añadimos el pavo y la tortilla y le damos unas vueltas.
