Os traigo esta receta que nos encanta para cenar. La receta es del recetario de Thermomix. La verdad es que no le he hecho ningún cambio por el momento porque en casa nos encanta tal cual. Es ideal porque lo haces todo a la vez y prácticamente no ensucias la cocina. Así, para esas noches en las que estás ya cansado del día, es una fantástica alternativa para cenar algo rico y saludable. Receta perfectamente adaptable a otros robots de cocina, como Monsieur Cuisine, Mycook, etc. Otra opción es hacer los papillotes al horno para lo cual sólo tendréis que meterlos en el horno precalentado a 200 ºC 10-15 minutos y hervir el arroz en una cazuelita siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante. - Mientras tanto, vamos preparando los papillotes. Cortamos 4 rectángulos de papel de aluminio y ponemos en cada uno un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Colocamos un trozo de salmón en cada uno, junto con una rodaja de limón, tomate y varios champiñones laminados. Salpimentamos al gusto y espolvoreamos con eneldo. Regamos con un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Cerramos los papillotes sellándolos bien. Y los colocamos en el recipiente Varoma o Vaporera de vuestro robot.
- Pasados los 10 minutos del paso 2, colocamos el recipiente Varoma o vaporera en su posición y lo tapamos (el arroz continua en el cestillo porque aún no se ha terminado de cocer).
 Ahora programamos otros 10 min/varoma o vaporera/vel 1. Si vuestros trozos de salmón son más grandes de lo indicado en la receta probablemente necesitéis 5 minutos más en este último paso.
- Ahora sí, ya podemos retirar con cuidado de no quemarnos los papillotes y servir acompañados de las verduritas y del arroz basmati.
