- Huevas de salm贸n

- Preparaci贸n de la salsa 
- Poner en el vaso de la Thermomix la cebolla, los ajos, la zanahoria, el puerro, el tomate y los pimientos rojos o verdes. A帽adir el aceite de oliva y programar 8 minutos, Varoma, velocidad 1.
- A帽adir una cucharada de harina, programar 1 minuto, Varoma, velocidad 1.
- Pasado el tiempo a帽adir el vino blanco y programar cinco minutos, varoma, giro a la izquierda, velocidad cuchara.
- A帽adir el caldo de pescado. Programar 8 min, Varoma, velocidad 1.
- Triturar la salsa dejando que se noten los trocitos de verduras.
- Mientras, rellenar los calamares y atarlos con un palillo para que no se salga el relleno. Rebozar en un poco de harina y darle un golpe de fritura.  
- Poner los calamares en una cazuela de barro, a帽adir la salsa por encima y dejar cocer unos 10 minutos.
