- 400 gr pulpo cocido
- 300 gr arroz
- 750 ml agua, caldo de pescado o caldo de mejillones
- 100 gr cebolla
- 100 gr tomate triturado
- 150 gr pimiento rojo
- 1 diente ajo
- 75 ml aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 3/4 cucharadita pimentón dulce
- 1/4 cucharadita pimentón picante (opcional)
- 1 hoja laurel
- al gusto Sal

- Picamos el tomate natural durante 20 segundos a velocidad 7 y lo apartamos para más tarde. Alternativamente podemos utilizar tomate ya triturado. 
- Troceamos la cebolla, el ajo y el pimiento rojo durante 20 segundos a velocidad 5 y lo apartamos para más tarde. 
- Sin lavar el vaso, ponemos la mariposa y añadimos el aceite y el pulpo cortado en rodajas. Rehogamos 7 minutos a velocidad 1, temperatura 110° y potencia de calor 7.
 CONSEJO: La mayor parte de la receta se hace a la misma velocidad y temperatura mientras vamos añadiendo ingredientes, por lo que puedes optar por no especificar un tiempo y llevar la cuenta con algún otro reloj temporizador.  
- Incorporamos las verduras (cebolla, pimiento y ajo) previamente apartadas y rehogamos durante 5 minutos más. Seguimos con velocidad 1, temperatura 110° y potencia de calor 7. 
- Añadimos el tomate triturado, la sal, el pimentón y el laurel y rehogamos durante 5 minutos más. Velocidad 1, temperatura 110° y potencia de calor 7. 
- Agregamos el caldo y lo calentamos durante 5 minutos. Velocidad 1, temperatura 110° y potencia de calor 7. 
- Por último, añadimos el arroz por el bocal y cocemos durante 13 minutos, velocidad 1, temperatura 100° y potencia de calor 7.
 IMPORTANTE: Hemos bajado la temperatura respecto a los pasos anteriores a 100°
- Una vez terminado, dejamos reposar 5 minutos y servimos.
