- En un cazo calentamos a fuego medio la leche con la cáscara de limón, azúcar y el palo de canela, más o menos sobre 10 minutos
- Una vez pase 10 minutos, dejamos que enfríe en un bol donde vamos a mojar las torrijas, sobre 15 minutos dejamos enfriar
- En un bol echamos los 3 huevos y batimos, reservamos. Cortamos el pan en rebanadas más bien gorditas, reservamos
- En otro bol echamos un poco de aceite o mantequilla para engrasar el papel film, (el papel film es donde las vamos a liar)
- Vamos mojando cada rebanada de pan, en la leche, la dejamos bien empapadas pqra que coja el sabory luego por huevo.
Vamos en volviendo en papel film ya engrasado, y poniendo en el recipiente para el vapor, en mi caso en el varoma de Thermomix, dejamos en varoma sobre 25 minuto, varoma, vel 1. - Vamos precalentando el horno, 250 grados
Una vez pase el tiempo de varoma, le quitamos el papel film, rebozamos con el azúcar y la canela y poniendo sobre papel del horno en la bandeja y la metemos en el horno 3 minutitos para que se tuesten un poco y listo - Hay que dejarlas bien empapadas para que se empape bien lo de dentro y luego este más blandita por dentro este paso es importante
