  4. Haz bolitas de unos 20 gr cada una. Haz un hueco en el centro de cada una, presionando ligeramente. Pasa los panellets por azúcar. Y rellena los huecos con mermelada de frambuesa. Coloca en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
  5. Precalienta el horno a 250°C con calor de arriba.
  6. Introduce la bandeja en la mitad superior del horno y hornea 3-5 minutos. Sácalos del horno y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla.
