  4. Para la bechamel poner a cocer la coliflor en agua hirviendo. Cuando esté blandita añadimos a la Thermomix junto con la leche la nuez pimienta y sal. Batimos hasta que quede una consistencia de puré.
  5. Echamos por encima nuestra bechamel y un poco de mozzarella. Precalentar el horno a 200ºC y meter la Moussakka hasta que la mozzarella se quede dorada.
