Cubrir la masa con las lonchas de jamón serrano, el queso y el jamón cocido, enrollar la masa como si fuera un brazo de gitano, apretando bien, con ayuda del papel de cocina y teniendo cuidado en sellar los laterales, podemos hacer unos cortes, para decorar o lo que se quiera, se pinta de huevo y hornear a 180grados. Durante 30 o 40 minutos. Dejar enfriar y cortar en rodajas.
