- Se ponen los líquidos en el vaso, y la sal. Mezclar 30 segundos velocidad 5, incorporar la harina y mezclar 15 segundos velocidad 6.
- Sacar la masa con las manos untadas en aceite y hacer una bola. Tapar y dejar reposar media hora. Si se necesitara un poco más de harina se pone.
- Dividir la masa en dos partes, la de abajo más grande. Estirar con el rodillo, y dar la forma de la bandeja. Rellenar con la carne de los chicharrones y la cebolla, (mejor hacer el frito el día anterior ) estará más jugoso y frio( es importante para que la masa salga crujiente)
- Tapar con el otro trozo de masa y pintar con huevo, meter al horno a 160º hasta que este dorada.
- La carne de chicharrones la sofreí con 3 cebollas cortadas en juliana a fuego lento... Al final le puse un poco de pimentón.
