  5. 600 g pulpa de calabaza, sin pepitas y cortada en dados de 2 x 2 centímetros aproximadamente
  6. 25 g vinagre
  7. 1 cucharadita orégano seco

  9. 1/2 cucharadita sal (y 3 pellizcos para los huevos poché)
  10. 3 huevos
  11. 3 pellizcos pimienta negra recién molida

  2. Añade 2 salchichas ( o longanizas ) cortadas en rodajas y sofríe 8 minu/ varoma/ giro a la izquierda/ vel. cuchara.
  3. Agrega el pimentón, la calabaza, el vinagre, el orégano, el comino ( si le pones ) y la sal y rehoga 10 minu/ varoma/ giro a la izquierda/ vel. cuchara.
  4. Mientras tanto, corta un cuadrado de film transparente, pincelar con aceite y colócalo sobre el cubilete e introduce los dedos para formar un saquito. Casca 1 huevo dentro, añade 1 pellizco de sal y otro de pimienta y cierra el saquito con una tira de film transparente. Repite la operación con los otros 2 huevos.
  5. Situa el recipiente varoma en su sitio y coloca los huevos junto con las longanizas , que habras pinchado con un palillo, para que no se revienten. Tapa el varoma y programa 10 minu/ varoma/ giro a la izquierda/ vel. cuchara. Retira el varoma y retira el film transparente de los huevos.
  6. Sirve las salchichas ( o longanizas ) con la calabaza en ajillo y coloca en cada plato junto con el huevo poché.
  7. Nota :

    Puedes dorar las salchichas, ( longanizas ) del varoma en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite para darles un toque de color. Yo las dore un poquito en el grill del horno.
