  3. Cuando el aceite está caliente, vamos friendo los trozos de bacalao, a fuego medio para que no se nos quemen.Una vez que hemos frito todos los trozos, los volvemos a poner en la cazuela y volcamos el tomate frito y lo dejamos cocer durante a fuego lento, unos 10 minutos.
