  1. Precalentamos el horno a 200º. Mientras extendemos las láminas de pasta filo.
  2. Ponemos la mantequilla en el microondas y la deshacemos y pintamos con parte de ella el molde (mejor de los desmoldables)
  3. También pintamos de mantequilla las láminas de la pasta filo y las arrugamos, como si fuera un fuelle, de una en una.
  4. La primera lámina de pasta la enrollamos sobre si misma, como si fuera una flor. El resto de láminas las colocamos alrededor.
  5. Cuando hayáis puesto todas las láminas en el molde, metéis al horno, 15 minutos, arriba y abajo, a 200º
  6. Mientras, se hacen las láminas en el horno, hacemos la crema.
  7. Ponemos en el vaso de la thermomix, la leche, la canela y la corteza de limón. Programamos, 5 minutos, 100º, velocidad 2. La colamos en un recipiente y la reservamos.
  8. Sin lavar el vaso, ponemos los huevos, el azúcar y el azúcar vainillado y batimos durante un minuto, velocidad 5 y le añadimos la leche reservada y volvemos a batir 2 minutos, velocidad 4, para que la crema quede bien integrada.
  9. Una vez horneadas las láminas, volcamos con cuidado la crema sobre el molde, procurando que quede bien repartida por todos los lados. Volvemos a meter en el horno a 200º, otros 15 minutos más.

  11. Una vez que la sacamos del horno, la dejamos enfriar.
