- Tén con bastante aceite, una vez caliente está para que vayas cogiendo a manojos de 3-4 judias juntas (en plano), las pasas primero por la tempura y después a la sartén, dorar por una cara. 
- Con las tenazas les das las vueltas. Esta operación es lo que repites, hasta que consumas las judías preparadas. 
- Dejar sobre plato plano con papel de cocina, para que obsorba el aceite sobrante cuando las sacas de la sartén. 
- Servir en templado.
