  5. Opcional: Vamos a poner los huevos a cocer en una cacerola con agua y sal, dejando que se pongan duros por unos diez minutos. Ya listos, los pelamos y metemos en el vaso de la thermomix. Programamos por 5 segundos a velocidad 4. Una vez listo, lo ponemos en un cuenco y limpiamos bien el vaso. Ahora echamos el jamón, de nuevo a velocidad 4, por unos 6 segundos. Si el tamaño no es el que más os guste, ponerlo unos segundos más. Ya listo, lo sacamos del vaso.
