  6. Sacar la masa del vaso, apretarla bien formando una bola, estirar suavemente con el rodillo hasta dejarla de 1 cm. de grosor, cortar con cortapastas y una boquilla, levantar con una espátula e ir colocando los roscos sobre papel de hornear.
  7. Hornear unos 12 minutos, sacar y en caliente, pasar por el resto de azúcar glas reservado (100 gr.) Al minuto de sacarlos del horno ya no queman eh??? Si lo hacéis en frío no se adhiere igual el azúcar glas.
