  2. Tamizamos las harinas, la levadura, las especias y el bicarbonato. Reservamos.
    Batimos los huevos con el azúcar o el sirope de agave, añadimos el aceite y lo mezclamos muy bien hasta que quede todo integrado.
  3. Ahora incorporamos los plátanos en trozos, la leche de soja y batimos muy bien.
    Cuando esté todo integrado, añadimos la mezcla tamizada poco a poco, batimos de nuevo pero no a velocidad muy rápida, debemos no incorporar mucho aire a la masa.
  4. Añadimos las nueces troceadas y las semillas de amapola. Mezclamos todo hasta homogeneizar la mezcla con la espátula.

  5. Con el horno previamente precalentado a 180ºC, horneamos unos 30 a 35 minutos, con calor arriba y abajo. Introducimos un palillo o una aguja metálica, hasta que salga limpio.
    Dejamos enfriar unos minutos dentro del molde, una vez templado o frío, lo desmoldamos.
