Elaborar un caramelo con el azúcar y recubrir un molde. Unificar la leche con la mezcla de los huevos y verter en el molde que teníamos con caramelo. Cubrir el molde con papel plata y hornear al baño maría a 150ºC durante unos 25 min. Una vez frío, desmoldar.
  2. HELADO DE QUESILLO: Triturar una parte del quesillo y verterlo en una mantecadora de helados o en un vaso Paco Jet. Otra opción es congelar porciones del quesillo y luego triturar en Thermomix. Muy importante!! Ir vertiendo trozos uno a uno. Reservar.
  3. ESPUMA DE QUESILLO: Triturar una parte del quesillo y verterla en un sifón de espuma.
  4. PRESENTACIÓN: En una copa verter un poco de miel de palma, seguido de una bola de helado de quesillo. Luego añadir la espuma de quesillo y encima un trozo de quesillo cortado a cuchillo. Por último rociamos con miel de palma.
