    - Saca la bandeja del horno y espera a que se templen los pimientos para quitarles la piel. cubrirlos mientras se enfrían para que se pelen mejor.
  3. Introducimos todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la thermomix salvo el aceite y trituramos hasta que obtengamos una pasta densa en velocidad progresiva 5-7-9. Unos 10 segundos será suficiente, pues necesitamos que nuestras crema tenga textura. Podéis hacerlo también con la batidora de mano o con la de vaso.
  4. Con el motor en marcha en velocidad baja (velocidad 3 enThermomix) vamos añadiendo por el bocal el aceite
  5. Lista nuestra muhammara. Para conservar, introducimos en frasco hermético en el frigo. Servir en cuencos con un chorrito de AOVE, puede decorarse con frutos secos pequeños (girasol, sésamo), aceitunas partidas u otros. Para untar crudités, tostadas integrales, de cereales o de pita.
