b) Coger una pieza y tapar el resto con el trapo húmedo. Formar una bola, chafarla un poco y con la ayuda de un rodillo la estirarla en forma ovalada.
c) Con la ayuda de una brocha poner un poco de aceite hasta algo más de la mitad de la pieza, así al cocinar no se pegará y se podrá abrir fácilmente - Ahora procedemos a cocinarlos al vapor:
Con la Thermomix --> Echar 300 gr. agua al vaso, colocar el varoma en su posición (Sin el paño), 18 min., Varoma, vel.2.
Con una vaporera --> Colocarlos en una olla vaporera y cocinar al vapor sobre agua hirviendo durante 10 minutos. Apagar el fuego, destapar un poquito la tapa y dejar reposar 5 minutos más, para que nuestro pan Bao no se deshinche. Y listo para servir. - En un bol, ponemos el pollo, el jengibre y cubrimos con salsa de soja. Dejamos reposar en la nevera. Cortamos los ajos tiernos en pequeñas rodajas y la cebolla, las salteamos en la sartén con un chorro de aceite. Escurrimos bien la carne en un colador, añadimos el pollo para hacerlo en la sartén y un vez que ya esté hecho, le añadimos las especias y las hierbas.
- Abrimos las porciones de pan bao y vamos rellenando primero con el pollo, las hierbas y el queso.
