- Primero limpiaremos los mejillones, los cocemos hasta que se abran y reservamos. Cuando enfríen los vaciamos y reservamos junto con la mitad de los caparazones y 100 g. del caldo de cocción.
- Ponemos la cayena en el vaso, (de dos a tres unidades dependerá del tamaño y también de lo que hos guste el picante), y el aceite. Trituramos 5 seg. / Vel. 10, (deben de pulverizarse). Programamos, 3 min. / Varoma / cuchara.
- Incorporamos los mejillones, el pimiento, (rojo y verde) y la cebolla. Trituramos, 5 seg. / Vel. 5. Sofreímos 10 min. / 120°C / cuchara.
- Añadimos la harina y la sal, programamos 7 min. / 120°C / vel. 2'5. (Sin cubilete).
- Ponemos el caldo que hemos reservado de la cocción de los mejillones, la pastilla de caldo de pescado, el tomate y la leche. Programamos, 20 min. / 100° / vel. 2. (Sin cubilete).
- Vertemos en una bandeja, dejamos enfriar, tapamos con film transparente tocando este la masa para evitar que le salga costra y llevamos a la nevera al menos durante 5 horas.
- Con ayuda de una cuchara, rellenamos las conchas de mejillón, (elegiremos las que sean más grandes y estén en el mejor estado). Pasamos por huevo y pan rallado, (solo por la parte del relleno). 
 
- En una freidora o sartén con aceite caliente, a temperatura media/alta, los freímos.
