Corte una tira de membrillo de 0,5 cm. de alto, 1 cm. de ancho y del largo necesario, colóquela en el centro del rectángulo y cierre la masa para formar un rulo. Corte porciones del rulo y píntelas con yema.
  9. Coco: Ponga 120 g. de masa en el vaso, añada 10 g. de coco y programe 5 seg. / vel.8. Forme bolas o pirámides, rebócelas con yema y páselas por coco rallado restante.
  10. Café: Disuelva 2 cucharadas de café soluble en 2 cucharadas de agua. Viértalo en el vaso con 120g. de masa aproximadamente y programe 5 seg./vel.8. Forme bolas, aplástelas ligeramente y marque una línea con la parte roma del cuchillo, imitando los granos de café. Si lo desea, puede añadir ½ cucharadita de café soluble a la yema antes de pintarlos.
  11. Piñones: Forme bolas, clave o pegue los piñones y pinte con yema.
  12. Frutos secos: Forme bolas y decore a su gusto utilizando almendras enteras, granillo de almendras, avellanas, nueces, etc. Pinte con yema.
  13. Colóquelos en una bandeja de horno, preferiblemente forrada con papel de hornear y hornee durante 10 minutos.
