  6. Dejamos dentro del horno que se enfríe
  7. Separamos los trozos de lomo y pasamos toda la verdura junto con el jugo por la Thermomix o por la turmix para hacer la salsa al gusto de cada uno
  8. Esta receta es mejor hacerla de un día para otro. En el momento de volver a calentarlo ponemos de nuevo los trozos de lomo la salsa y añadimos unas ciruelas pasas sin hueso y unos orejones calentamos el horno a 180° con calor arriba y abajo unos 10 15 minutos y listo
